Shipping Policy
At SÖL, every piece is produced with care and prepared for shipment as soon as your order is placed. We prioritize quality, accuracy, and reliable delivery.
Processing Time
All orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
This allows us to inspect each piece and ensure it meets our standards before it leaves our studio.
Once your order ships, delivery times typically range from:
- U.S. Orders: 5–9 business days
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Lost, Delayed or Missing
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
We’ll do everything possible to help ensure you receive your order.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Order Cancellation/Changes
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter processing.
Once your order is being prepared for shipment, we are unable to make changes.
Returns
Because our pieces are made in limited quantities and prepared upon order, all sales are final.
